Please read before commissioning!
Terms of Service
| Clients are agreed to the terms of service upon purchasing as stated below: |

| ▣ Stating and describe commission orders as detailed as possible in order to avoid a big mistake and big revision in the commisioned piece. |
| ▣ Artist have rights to refuse or reject the commission order before payment is made. |
| ▣ Ordering Procedure will be; Ordering >> Confirm order details >> Payment >> Receive Sketch >> Confirmation >> Finishing order >> Receive order. |
| ▣ After the commission piece is finished, The artist (anzsketch) have the rights to display the art by any means for documentations and portofolio. |
| ▣ The price stated on the list are charged per-character count. |
| ▣ Clients agreed to purchase with special price from the price stated if client made purchase using Paypal as payment method. |
| ▣ Clients have rights to contact me over and over if commissioning clients need assurement about the orders they have made. |
| ▣ Artist and Client have agreed in a term of patience of the order progression. If the Artist (anzsketch) does not reply for approximately more than 5 months, please do not worry and keep contacting the artist as the artist might encounters life difficulities and unexpected accidents. Artist will ensure to coming back to clients and reply as soon as possible, artist hoping for clients to always checking in to the artist as well to avoid getting lost upon changing accounts or artist have difficulities finding the client's contact and accounts, and the possibility of wrong claim clients as artist never changed their name and social media(s). |
| ▣ Artist (anzsketch) never changed identity or changed social media names in order for clients to easily found the artist to approach. |
| ▣ If Clients purchase deadlines add-ons, Clients have rights to claim refund policy if the order haven't delivered for more than 1 year 5 months approx. |
| ▣ Clients have rights to claim free 3-times revision after the commisioned piece delivered (Confirmation Stage). Artist will not accept any revision request after the product finished and delivered to Clients with fixed link (Receive order stage). |
| ▣ Clients are required kindly to fill the review sections by clicking the link the artist (anzsketch) provided after the artist gave the finished products for Artist's documention and portfolio purposes. |
| ▣ Some commissions types are hard to demonstrate as the artist still learning to achieve the best result, it may take longer than the promised outcome progress. Rushing the artist might cause the result not coming out perfectly made and the clients might lose the rights to claim free revision. |
| ▣ Please always credit me (AnzSketch) as the artist anywhere if you posted the commissioned order, I would be very happy. |
| ▣ If Clients order with [commercial use] fee add-on, Clients will have rights over the art by any means. Include the IP (Intellectual Property) over the artwork. However, Artist will still have the right to use the commissioned piece as a display, social media post, or portfolio as the artist's the one originally made the commisioned piece. |

Please note that Special Commission types are the ones artist not fully expertise at. Upon purchasing these types of commission piece, Clients are required to be patient for the possibility of very long order deliveries as artist doing the best to achieve best result. Clients also have rights to guide artist by suggesting solutions to the artwork for better result until as desired. Please do not threatening the artist and use kind words.

◈ Approximate Delivery will vary according to the current queue.
◈ NSFW type commission are not available during Ramadhan month.
Deadlines add-ons are available only for 3 slots per batch open.
Clients will have the right to set delivery deadlines and will be set as a priority to work on by the artist. Client will be put on top of the queue list of the batch according to the deadline set the client add-ons purchase.

Commercial use fee are available as an option to add for clients who wants to buy the intellectual property of the art piece.

| Q: I don't have the ability to purchase anything from you, Can I support you in other ways? |

| A: You can always support me too by following and subscribing all my social medias, liking my content, sharing my content, spread my name and products, and do kind comments! |
| Q: Why is there no deadlines can be set with normal price tag? |

| A: I usually took about 2 weeks after I receive my payment or faster. But it can be various since anything can happen on my side. It can take longer, it also can take faster. That's why I put no deadlines to avoid any imperfections in the artwork upon delivered. |
| Q: Can you please explain what do you mean by [price tag are per-character count] ? |

| A: per-character count means the price are the same everytime you add more characters to your request, despite it's one canvas or not. Example: 1 character = $16 USD, if you order couple or 2 characters in one canvas it would be $16 x 2 = the total would be $32 USD. It is the same if you order characters in seperate canvas. |
| Q: Can you explain the "small revision" I can request? |

| Q: What can I do to the art once I purchase the commercial use add-on fee? |

| A: Once you buy commercial use rights from me, the art is completely yours. You can post it, edit it as you like, re-sell it or even use it for your own benefit. |
| Q: Can I know your personal information? |
